LEAP – Learning Enhancement and Accessibility Project

Our flagship initiative under the NITI Aayog Aspirational Districts Program, LEAP addresses educational challenges in remote villages along the India-Myanmar border. We train teachers in future-ready skills, deploy AI tools like LIVI AI, and support schools in building resilient, digital learning environments.

District Empowerment Program

A transformative, multi-year initiative launched in collaboration with HDFC Bank, ShikshaLokam, and the Department of School Education, the District Empowerment Program strengthens education systems through a whole-school and whole-system approach.

Key components include:

Establishing model schools with smart classrooms and inclusive infrastructure
Setting up STEM labs and libraries to foster hands-on, inquiry-based learning
Delivering leadership and capacity-building programs for teachers and education officers
Engaging local communities to build ownership and support for long-term change

Shikshagraha Anchor Partner

Elevate is leading efforts to transform education through scalable, state-aligned programs rooted in community participation. In partnership with ShikshaLokam, we serve as the central hub for deploying initiatives like Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Literacy & Numeracy Fests, with a strong focus on school leadership, policy influence, and inclusive practices. Elevate provides training, manages resources, and ensures continuous monitoring and evaluation. Our work empowers educators, strengthens governance, and aligns local action with systemic goals—bringing lasting change to classrooms across the state.
